Considering this four-song tape was recorded in a 12 track studio, it doesn't sound that bad, although the actual tape had a few bad spots on it.
I don't want to come off too hard, but one of the comments made in the letter was wanting to know how they stand up to other young bands. I'm glad to know that Malachi is focusing on ministry, which should be the number one reason for doing what they do.
While Malachi does posses talent, to be honest, they sound like dozens of other band. The potential is there, but there was nothing that made me want to jump.
With more practice and a continued focus on the Lord, Malachi could surprise a lot of people. Keep it up! You're getting there!
