John LaMonica's My Spacecoaster gives us five quite diverse songs on EP2. The first track, "I Don't Care," explodes like Kill Sadie, and then meanders like a Boy Sets Fire verse. The second, "Virgin," is a power pop instrumental. The third, "Round," goes Hot Water Music meets Braid. The fourth, "Surprise," is a gentle lullaby/hymn. And "Everything Is As Though It Never Was" finishes things off with twisting distortion, dirty guitars, and a misty bridge. Good stuff.
