This is this 3 piece new school punk band's first indie recording. Most of these songs remain too aggressive to be sucked into the pop-punk vortex, yet remain catchy and believe me, it's tough to stop "Quest for Goods" and "Star Struck" from continuously looping in your head. kinda reminds me of the Invaderz. I like the guitar sound especially because it stays pretty aggressive rather than sounding poppy and feathery. Drumming is top notch and tight. Tanya (AKA "bloody fingers") holds the rhythm through 8 raucous songs. All instruments are mixed well. You can pretty much pick each instrument out of the mix as well as understand what is being chanted or sung. The quality of the recording is average to good for an indie. It has a nice low-end sound which I much prefer to the high, tinny nonsense that just plain gives you a headache. You'll be hearing more from subterfuge in the future.
