If the Misfits are horror punk, then The Banner is horror hardcore. I'm comparing them in subject matter of course, which is laced with zombies, graves, living dead, and blood (these are often times offset with sound clips from horror flicks). Musically, The Banner plays new school hardcore with leanings towards NY style. This is a creative album that stands out from the crowd and definitely something worth picking up.
