Erie, Pennsylvania has much to be proud of. These energetic boys unleash a ferocious hardcore sound that bites yer head off, waits two seconds, and slams your torso against the wall. Unrelenting metal. Some of the vocals here are long on anthem chants that don't sound as believable as past efforts ("Told You So"), but you still tend to believe that these guys mean it. While they wear the hardcore label proudly, these Christians loudly play some of the biggest British metal riffs of anyone this side of the Atlantic. Tunes like "Venomous" reek (in a good way) of Maiden, Priest, and Motorhead. Powerchords galore with the crunch of truly manly metal. The vocals of Dan Quiggle in many places are full 'n' growly enough to front a grindcore band. (The folks at Sanctuary's Vengeance reunion should've asked Dan to sit in on vocals!) The only time they sound more punk than metal is in the token burner "Fast Song," which still features muscling riffs and big fat, chunky chords.
If you want to get beat up black and blue and keep coming back for more, you can't find many bands that will accomplish this with more fury than xDISCIPLEx A.D.

This band has been around for a long time, and it's…Similar sounding releases
