Lance King of Balance of Power guest writes and sings (8 of 12 songs) about loves lost, found, and lost again. It's ironic that the closest spiritual allegory was written by King's friends, guitarist Rolf Munkes and drummer Gerald Kloos ("Into The Light"). Overall, we're talking a fine-sounding, progressive, melodic hard rock/metal album, period.
